Sarah,
I can't tell you how much I loved reading your blog and we are so flattered you wrote about Rosabella's. You are The Customer we were dreaming of when we were crafting Rosabella's, which has us ten years to realize. Your photos are excellent and your writeup very accurate and mature; you really listened and did your homework. I commend you for your wonderful abilities, and profusely thank you for your positive commentary, especially in these times when so many are stressed and downhearted.
God bless you and yours.

I roast winter squash seeds all the time - I will try this no rinsing on a batch soon :) My mother swears by boiling them in salt water for a few minutes beforehand. I'll report back on how that works out, too!

It wouldn't really be the end of the world if you did rinse them. But I think the flavor is improved if you bake them without rinsing. Also, the combination of water and the winter squash's starches can become slightly gelatinous when heat is applied. :)

Apple or lime, -nothing warms a home faster than the aroma of a freshly baked pie. Garden
